I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, after discovering the magic of Power Yoga Buffalo — a place that showed me the power of community and true connection. Yoga challenges me, grounds me, and motivates me to grow, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I love leading powerful practices that build strength and presence, along with playful paddleboard yoga classes that remind us to stay open and adventurous.
I also dedicate time to volunteering at the Buffalo Animal Shelter, where my heart for animals continues to expand. My rescue dog and two kitties remind me every day to lead with kindness and compassion. Yoga has given me resilience, self-love, and an ever-deepening sense of purpose, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this journey with others — both on and off the mat.
