Jessica found yoga in 2020 when the world felt uncertain. Coming from a competitive bodybuilding background, she quickly realized yoga was the perfect addition to her routine — bringing not only strength and mobility, but also stillness, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to herself through movement and breath. What began as a personal practice soon grew into a true passion for the science of the body, intentional movement, and the mind-body connection. She began teaching in 2023 after completing two yoga teacher trainings, blending her background in strength training, anatomy, and functional movement into a grounded and empowering teaching style.
Her classes are rooted in functional movement, body awareness, and nervous system connection — creating flows that build both strength and presence. Whether guiding a powerful, energizing vinyasa or a slower, breath-centered practice, Jessica encourages students to move with intention, cultivate balance, and deepen their connection to themselves.
Drawing from her experience in weightlifting, anatomy, and movement mechanics, she creates an environment that is both empowering and accessible, helping students feel strong, grounded, and supported in their practice.
