Eight years ago, I stepped onto my mat for the first time without realizing how much it would change the way I saw myself and the world around me. Yoga has helped me grow into myself, bringing more patience, strength, and love to everything I do. That realization continues to inspire how I teach and how I live every day.

When you come to my class, you’ll be encouraged to find your edge, breathe through challenge, and recognize your own capability on and off the mat. We build heat, test limits, and then use breath and mindful movement to restore balance and ease. You’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded, and energetically recharged, with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your community.

Outside the studio, I love spending time with my family and our French bulldog, Lenny Kravitz – yes, he’s convinced he’s a rock star. Teaching second grade fills my days with energy, curiosity, and laughter, which keeps me grounded and grateful. I also spend as much time as I can outdoors, traveling, and exploring new cultures as these experiences help me stay open and connected wherever I go.

“The more you show up for yourself, the more you have to give the world.”
